Participating in the workshop provides new teachers with the opportunity to understand the teaching culture and value system, while also bringing fresh energy to experienced educators. Additional benefits include enhancing colleague relationships, team building, self-discovery, and learning new methods of collaboration with others.
Professional Development Days(PDD)
Professional Development Days aims to promote communication and collaboration among teachers, enhancing their academic proficiency. During this event, teachers not only share their teaching experiences but also exchange experiences gained from domestic and international training with other teachers, discussing educational philosophies, teaching methods, and approaches.
